FDCPA Violations

The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) provides protection from a variety of abusive, deceptive and unfair debt collection practices by debt collectors.  Notably, the FDCPA does not apply to direct creditors, it only applies to third-party debt collectors.

At the Davis Law Firm, we represent debtors who are being harassed by deceptive debt collectors.   The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) was enacted to stop the deceptive and harassing actions used by debt collectors and we are here to help protect debtor’s rights from the deceptive practices used by debt collectors.  Debt collectors are required by law to respect consumers’ rights and their dignity at all times when dealing with them.

The debt collection attorneys at the Davis Law Firm stop these debt collectors through the use of the FDCPA at no cost to the consumer.  We do not charge your for our representation unless we recover on your behalf.  The statutes that we use to represent you require the debt collection companies to pay for your attorney’s fees.

If you feel you are being harassed by a debt collector for a debt you owe or do not owe, call the debt harassment lawyers at the Davis Law Firm, or complete our online submission form to be contacted directly by a debt collection harassment attorney.
