Mary A. O’Brien, Esq. is an attorney at Davis Law Firm. Mary focuses her practice on commercial transactions, construction law, insurance, and civil litigation. She has experience handling contract disputes, construction and design defects, premise liability, and homeowner insurance and general liability coverage disputes.
Mary started her career in Kentucky, earning her bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Kentucky, and her Juris Doctorate degree from Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law. While attending law school, she spent her summer abroad working in International Human Rights, and volunteering at the Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida in their Family law and Domestic Violence division in Orlando, Florida.
In her free time, Mary enjoys traveling, hiking, and attending contemporary art and performance shows.
