Public Adjusters

Public insurance adjusters are a regulated group of professionals that often assist policyholders in preparing their property insurance claim.  Sometimes policyholders hire public adjusters before hiring an attorney to help with your claim.  When litigation is necessary, however, public adjusters will often refer the policyholder to an attorney to litigate their claim.  Our experience has taught us that public adjusters, like us, have the best interests of the policyholder in mind.  The main difference is that since they are not lawyers, they sometimes need to refer their cases to an insurance lawyer to be litigated.   We welcome referrals from public adjusters when efforts to recover a fair settlement are required to be litigated.
