Biography
Timothy H. Snyder, Esq. is a partner and litigation attorney at Davis Law Firm. Before joining Davis Law, Mr. Snyder managed a boutique firm, where he focused on consumer litigation and providing tailored legal services to the medical community.
Prior to transitioning to private practice, Mr. Snyder served as an Administrative Law Judge and as an Assistant State Attorney. As an Administrative Law Judge, Mr. Snyder presided over formal administrative hearings, adjudicating disputes at the highest level of administrative appeal. As an Assistant State Attorney, Mr. Snyder represented the State, prosecuting felonies in Circuit Court.
Mr. Snyder’s litigation experience includes extensive first chair jury trial, judge trial, and motion practice experience. Complementing his extensive litigation experience, Mr. Snyder’s transactional experience focuses on business/clinic acquisition, physician contract drafting and non-competes, regulatory compliance, and the nuanced legal needs of medical doctors and dentists.
Outside of work, Mr. Snyder has volunteered hundreds of hours providing pro bono legal services to those who cannot afford them. He enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, international travel, hiking, biking, and sports.
