Biography
Todd M. Davis, Esq. is the owner and founder of the Davis Law Firm. Before founding the firm, Mr. Davis worked for Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in Miami, Florida for several years where he practiced primarily in insurance and commercial disputes. Prior to going into private practice, Mr. Davis clerked for the Honorable Eugene E. Siler, Jr. in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Since 2014, he has been selected every year as part of the prestigious list of Florida Super Lawyers Rising Stars (Insurance Coverage), a distinction that less than 3% of attorneys in the state receive. Later in 2014, he was selected as one of Northeast Florida's Top Lawyers by Jacksonville Magazine. When you choose to hire Mr. Davis, you’re getting big-firm experience, with a small-firm feel.
After litigating and participating in hundreds of cases for insurance companies over the last half-decade, Mr. Davis now also represents individual and business policyholders in disputes against insurance companies. Additionally, his practice focuses on consumer protection litigation, which includes litigating TCPA, FCCPA, FDCPA, and FCRA issues. He also handles an array of other different civil cases, including business litigation, insurance litigation, construction litigation, property tax appeals, and personal injury claims.
